Tony’s Town Square Restaurant Dinner Review

Happy #tastytuesday friends! Today, we are continuing on with the Italian theme and heading over to Tony’s Town Square restaurant in Magic Kingdom. Located right at the front of the park on Main Street USA, Tony’s has a very cute Lady & the Tramp theme.

I had heard mixed reviews about this restaurant from an allergy friendly perspective, but it is was the only table service restaurant in Magic Kingdom that I had yet to try, so I was intrigued to see why my own thoughts would be about Tony’s. As usual, when I made my reservation, I added my allergies of milk, eggs, and wheat. I also made sure that my allergies were correct when I completed mobile check-in through the My Disney Experience app.

This is one of the few restaurants where I have just completely forgotten to take any pictures or videos of the inside of the restaurant, BUT I have some awesome pictures of the food I chose. You can also check out the entire allergy friendly menu above.

I started off with my favorite allergy friendly bread service. Similar to Mama Melrose, I was served allergy friendly rice bread and an olive oil with seasoning. The seasoning in this olive oil was the perfect amount and had me continuously going back for more. 10/10 as always!

I then ordered the allergy friendly garden salad as an appetizer, which was prepared dairy, gluten, and egg free, as it is not noted as being dairy free on the menu. I was delightfully surprised by 1) the huge portion of salad and 2) that the Balsamic dressing was a little sweeter than I anticipated. However, I really really liked the balance this salad had, and I was especially excited about the olives! 7/10 for me, as it was a great salad, but definitely not the best I’ve had in Walt Disney World.

For my main course, I ordered the spaghetti with sweet Italian sausage. For being such a simple dish, my palette was extremely pleased! The sauce was perfect and not too sweet. The pasta was cooked a nice al dente, and the sweet sausage added that little bit of smoky flavor that I didn’t know I needed in this dish. 10/10 for me, and I will definitely be reordering this dish!

Overall, I had a very pleasant experience at Tony’s. Add to that the fact that everything came out to our table very quickly and also very fresh and you’ve got a perfect meal. I will be stopping by here again sometime soon!
